Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products/solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to contribute to the team's overall success.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using POS systems.
