Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use POS systems.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
