Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and effectively demonstrate our premium products.
- Close sales and process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking within the community.
- Collaborate with the regional team to identify market trends and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure high client retention and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maximize selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
