Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue through exceptional customer service and consultative selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales targets by utilizing persuasive communication and effective product demonstrations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue goals.
Qualifications
