Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers, understand their needs, and recommend products to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide superior service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor; ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily goals and support store operations.
- Merchandising: Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
