Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and assist them with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
