Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the store to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide expert product knowledge and demonstrate features to drive sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Identify upsell opportunities to maximize revenue per transaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting personal goals.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with tablet-based POS systems.
