Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication.
- Present products and services to potential customers, tailoring pitches to meet specific needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies.
- Process sales orders accurately and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a performance-based bonus.
