Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Demonstrate and sell products effectively, utilizing consultative selling techniques to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and manage cash registers.
- Organize and merchandise displays to maintain an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-up communication and relationship management.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and close sales.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and POS systems.
