Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Results: Actively engage with customers to identify needs and recommend products/services that deliver value and exceed expectations.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean sales floor to ensure every customer has a positive experience.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with store leadership and team members to achieve collective store objectives.
- Product Expertise: Stay knowledgeable about product features, inventory levels, and current promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Operational Excellence: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and assist with inventory management tasks.
