Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized shopping assistance
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate merchandise
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store visual standards including merchandising, displays, and cleanliness
- Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Assist with store operations including opening/closing procedures
Qualifications
