Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized styling consultations
- Exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and upselling techniquesBuild and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
- Execute visual merchandising standards and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales records
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on new collections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sense
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency with POS systems and CRM software
