Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, ensuring product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic merchandise presentation
- Manage inventory operations including receiving, stocking, and maintaining visual standards
- Operate POS systems accurately while processing transactions and returns
- Collaborate with overnight crew to maintain store security and operational excellence

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments

- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems
