Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and sales support
- Operate POS systems efficiently while accurately processing transactions and returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with night team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain store security protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Assist in training new associates on brand standards and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
