Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining product features, and demonstrating how to use them.
- Drive sales growth by actively promoting current promotions and up-selling products to meet individual and team targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and display areas.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customer demand.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not strictly required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
