Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support post-sale to ensure retention.
- Track sales activities and report progress accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to optimize local sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, retail management, or customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive nature.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote field environment.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Indianapolis metro area.
