Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their pain points and needs.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospects.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and deal status.
- Collaborate with the marketing and retention teams to optimize lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
