Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new commercial clients across Houston metro area
- Present product solutions to decision-makers at client locations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting activities in CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries
- Attend weekly sales training and strategy sessions
- Submit accurate sales reports and pipeline updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B outside sales experience required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for product demonstrations
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings and Saturdays
