Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships in Indianapolis and surrounding Illinois markets
- Present product solutions to B2B clients through face-to-face meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic territory management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of outside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for building client relationships
- Flexible availability including weekday evenings
