Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and digital engagement
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets using CRM software
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly team training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Comfortable with flexible evening/weekend hours (20-25 hrs/week)
- Valid Florida driver's license (occasional client site visits required)
