Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points to leadership.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
