Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Consultatively sell SaaS solutions to mid-market businesses across healthcare and tech sectors Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle objection resolution
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Authorized to work in the US with availability for 25-30 hours/week
- Must reside in NC or CA with reliable high-speed internet
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries preferred
