As a Part-Time Inside Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in our revenue generation strategy. You will manage inbound leads, conduct outbound prospecting calls, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly base salary plus commission opportunities for high performers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales leads and inquiries via phone and email.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM software.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and closing of deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities in our database.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
