Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and present our products/services effectively.
- Manage the sales pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaign materials and optimize outreach strategies.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined, capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
