Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Present product and service offerings to prospective clients via phone and email, effectively handling objections.
- Manage customer data accurately in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) and update activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead generation tactics.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets within a part-time capacity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (prior experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and achieve results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating CRM software.
