Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects and overcome objections effectively
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams for seamless lead handoffs
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
- Identify upsell opportunities and expand client relationships
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
