Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce)
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned territory
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
