- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Strong time management and organization abilities
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client visits)
