Responsibilities
- Generate Revenue: Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive company growth.
- Client Meetings: Conduct professional, face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to present our premium products and services.
- Closing Skills: Effectively negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and achieve aggressive monthly sales quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and foster upselling opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Accurately record sales activities and customer information in the CRM system daily.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in outside sales, business development, or retail sales preferred.
- Transportation: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable personal transportation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Highly self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn CRM software.
