Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through high-volume prospecting and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the Phoenix and Illinois territories.
- Conduct face-to-face and video presentations to demonstrate product value to prospective clients.
- Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Consult with clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Track daily sales activities and update CRM systems with accurate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales or commission-based sales.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation for territory coverage.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
