Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients, effectively handling objections.
- Close sales deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to order to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding of our industry and competitive landscape.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a related field (relocation assistance available for top talent).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or willingness to learn.
