Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business through direct outreach to local companies in Fort Worth and surrounding areas
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by leveraging consultative selling techniques
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted local campaigns
- Provide weekly sales activity reports and performance insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with demonstrated quota achievement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
