Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present product demonstrations and service offerings to prospective clients to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, schedule appointments, and record sales activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
