As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in the El Paso region. You will meet face-to-face with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads within the El Paso metro area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Utilize CRM software to track activity, forecast revenue, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Close deals and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Essential for outside sales).
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong self-motivation.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
