Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads within the greater Columbus metropolitan area.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations to potential residential and commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM software and tracking tools.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
