What You'll Do
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base. You will work directly with decision-makers to present our solutions and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
