Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaign execution and lead generation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and forecast pipeline
- Provide weekly sales reports and performance metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with documented track record
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or industrial sales preferred
