Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect and engage with B2B clients across central Indiana
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts
- Build long-term client relationships through regular in-person visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate CRM records
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or industrial sales highly desirable
