Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Michigan
- Present tailored solutions to C-suite executives and procurement leaders
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic account planning
- Leverage CRM system to track activities and forecast pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Represent company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client visits
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
