Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads within the San Francisco Bay Area and Illinois territories.
- Schedule and conduct weekend sales appointments with prospective clients, showcasing our premium solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored proposals that address client pain points and drive conversions.
- Close new business deals and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales with a history of exceeding quarterly quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift while maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and coachable with a hunger for uncapped commission opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
