Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Presentation & Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Dedication: A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
