Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to demonstrate product value and close deals.
- Manage a robust pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity and forecast revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy reviews.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the tech or service industry.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel within San Francisco.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for financial growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
