Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage a territory of existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct cold calling and in-person presentations to demonstrate our premium products/services.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the Detroit area.
- Close deals, sign contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or B2B sales (Preferred).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Mandatory for field work).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a "hunter" mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the Detroit metro area.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
