The Role:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients to demonstrate our premium services and closing deals on the spot. This is a high-volume role designed for individuals who thrive on activity and results.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to drive customer interest.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet individual and team quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor; willingness to travel within the local Austin area.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
