Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new commercial clients in Houston/GA markets
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations & consultative sales meetings
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
- Develop & maintain territory-specific sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client solutions
- Attend weekend industry trade shows & networking events
- Submit weekly performance reports & opportunity forecasts
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation & presentation skills
- Willingness to travel (25-30% of time)
- College degree or equivalent sales certifications preferred
