Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-priority accounts across Eastern Massachusetts
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations during weekend shifts
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling and solution-based pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with documented revenue achievement
- Proven ability to close complex deals in competitive markets
- Availability to work full-time Saturday/Sunday shifts (40 hours/week)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
