Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Washington DC and Virginia markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person meetings and presentations
- Develop customized sales solutions to meet client needs and exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce)
- Present quarterly sales reports to senior leadership

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in DC/VA market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to travel 60-70% within assigned territory
