Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and professional networking events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and pitch materials.
- Manage your own sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and team training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or retail sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
