Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the local Austin territory.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations to educate clients and close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to contract signing and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for local businesses.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and closing skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or business development (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for local territory travel.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Austin, TX residency preferred to ensure local market presence.
