Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads within the Dallas area and remote territories.
- Conduct high-value product demonstrations and needs analysis meetings with prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final contract signature.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Ability to travel to client sites and team events as required.
